I follow South African law, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), to make sure your information is handled responsibly and securely. I only collect the information I need to provide website design, training and consulting services, and to communicate with clients.

When you contact me through this website, by email or on social media, I may collect your name and contact details (email address and phone number), and any information about your business or project that you choose to share. I do not collect or store sensitive personal information unless you provide it voluntarily and knowingly.

3. How I use your information

I use your information only to communicate with you about your enquiry or project, to deliver my services, to manage invoices, payments and client relationships, and to improve my website and services. I do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.

4. Protecting your information

Personal information is stored securely using password protected systems and trusted third party services, such as my hosting provider and cloud based tools. I take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

5. Your rights under POPIA

7. Information officer

In terms of POPIA, Petro Stroud is the Information Officer for PS Digital Media and is responsible for making sure this policy is followed.
